Lymphatic Drainage
Detoxify and boost your immunity! Lymphatic Drainage is a light manual technique which helps to re-circulate body fluids, stimulate the immune system, and promote relaxation and balance in the autonomic nervous system. By stimulating the lymphatic system in congested areas, it cleanses the body of stagnant waste products, pathogens, and debris at a cellular level. It helps in the reduction of swelling (edemas) and regeneration of tissues (burns and scarring) as well as reducing symptoms of fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, insomnia, chronic pain, allergies, acne, and other conditions. Lymphatic Drainage is peaceful and meditative to receive. You may feel a gentle pulling or pulse during the treatment; afterwards, it is common to feel lighter, refreshed, and quite thirsty! Drink plenty of water before and after your session to alleviate possible detoxification reactions.

Reflexology for Hands & Feet
Balance and revitalize with this ancient art. Reflexology derives from Eastern modalities such as Acupressure. By stimulating points on the feet and/or hands, reflexology affects corresponding organs and the body as a whole. Reflexology acts by activating the parasympathetic nervous system and releasing endorphins; it also clears energy pathways which, when blocked, weaken the body's natural defenses and lead to disease.
30 minute session - $40
60 minute session - $75

Deep Sleep Massage

Hand & Foot Scrubs
Warm towels soak the feet and hands before using lotions and oils infused with mint, eucalyptus, lavender, and deep sea salts to clean and relieve tired hand and feet.

Body Brush
Enhance your massage session by including body bushing. Body brushing helps your lymphatic drainage system remove toxins from the body. In so doing, it helps to reduce cellulite in your thighs and butt, where fats, proteins and waste products tend to accumulate.
